1976年，阿尔伯特·斯帕贾利由于策划、组织和实施了对尼斯一家银行的盗窃而被捕。这名“世纪大盗”从初审法官的办公室逃走后，数年间一次又一次从抓捕他的警察手指间溜掉。他还在南美洲接受记者采访，拍摄了一系列滑稽照片。
